Abstract
This report presents a
detailed overview of a seven-week internship undertaken at a Non-Governmental
Organization (NGO) committed to advancing the safety and well-being of women.
The primary aim of the internship was to gain practical exposure to grassroots
initiatives centered on areas such as legal assistance, gender sensitization,
self-defense instruction, menstrual health awareness, and rehabilitation
services. Each week involved targeted tasks, including participating in
educational workshops, recording empowering personal narratives, contributing
to program assessments, and developing communication materials for outreach.
